This week saw our Heidi and Liz take Little Urn, our cleverly converted ice cream van, all the way down to Bristol for a very special tea party. They were meeting up with Wallace & Gromit to launch this year's Great British Tea Party - on a barge no less!

Together with Wallace & Gromit's Children's Foundation, we've raised over £350,000 for sick children in UK hospitals and hospices since 2008, by encouraging tea lovers up and down the country to throw their own Great British Tea Party. This year's event runs from 1st to 21st December, and with your help, we hope to make it the best year yet.

To spread the word, Little Urn is helping Wallace & Gromit to throw three special tea parties around the country. This week they took over a barge in Bristol with a giant inflatable teapot and a huge tea chest full of goodies. Joining them for the party were youngsters from Bristol's Children's Hospital, one of the beneficiaries of funds raised by the Great British Tea Party.

Everyone had a lovely time and the event was a great success so a big thank you to all those of you who came down. Look out for us in Birmingham on Wednesday 10th November for the next tea party, and on Thursday 18th November we're in London!
